(5)open your PayPal account. And click to get verified.
After clicking you will see add bank. Click to add bank.
Those numbers that you have copy from your netspend account.
It will say that PayPal made two small deposits in to your bank account after 2-3 business days.
(6)After 2-3 business days open your netspend account and see that transaction history. you will see the two small deposits less than a dollar.
Open your PayPal account and click to confirm bank account.
Enter those two small deposits that shown in your netspend account.
That's it you have been verified!
